
Step 1: Remove any stones and dirt remaining on the soles

Step 2: Pour out any stones and sand left inside the shoes

Step 3: Loosen the laces and wash them separately.

Step 4: Use a soft brush and cleaner to scrub the upper

Step 5: Check the inside of the shoes for any damage, and let the shoes, insoles, and laces air dry in a well-ventilated, shaded place.

Step 6: Place charcoal bags or desiccants inside the shoes to prevent mold and odors.
Step 7: Once the shoes, insoles, and laces are completely dry, reassemble them and insert shoe trees to prevent deformation.
Step 8: Before each outing, trim your toenails, especially the big toe.
