St. Francis Church

Aside from those named after famous figures, there are also those that symbolize the friendly relationship between China and Portugal. But the most amusing are the everyday, humanized street names that blend into local life—like Love Lane and Rua de Cinco de Outubro.
Love Lane is located near the Ruins of St. Paul’s. Its adorable name has made the street numbers a popular photo spot. On Coloane Island, walking along a street called “Rua de Cinco de Outubro,” you’ll find an elegant light-yellow church—the very one where the male and female leads got married in the Korean drama Goong.
