Savor the flavors of Thai royal cuisine at Royal Thai Extreme, now open in the Taipei 101 Food Street.

“Royal Thai Extreme” can be said to be the flagship project of the Tai Ping Tian Guo Catering Group’s first foray into department store food courts, as well as its first attempt at an independent Thai-style brand outlet. It offers a different dining experience from traditional restaurants’ slow-paced service, allowing Thai food to be enjoyed quickly and easily. Even with limited time, the bold yet not overpowering spice, and the sweet with sour Thai flavors remain deliciously satisfying.

“Royal Thai Extreme” adheres to the ingredient standards of “Thai Select” restaurants, with over 70% of seasoning ingredients imported from Thailand. The selection of menu items also adopts the concept of modern Thai cuisine — half of the dishes are modified versions of traditional Thai recipes in terms of content, ingredients, presentation, and pricing, while the other half incorporates the most authentic Thai flavors into local traditional dishes, giving all menu offerings not only a spicy and tangy kick with lingering sweet and sour notes, but also a comforting familiarity reminiscent of Taiwanese cuisine.

In addition to innovation in Thai creative cuisine, “Royal Thai Extreme” also creates a brand-new concept for branding and visual identity. The first flagship store in the Taipei 101 Food Street adopts an elegant black base, infused with noble flowing gold patterns, presenting a fashionable, elegant, simple, and refined visual atmosphere. It also incorporates the glory of the Thai Royal Family into both the décor and the dishes. The menu features items that showcase how simplicity can still deliver abundance. A cooking demonstration area separated by transparent glass is also set up, offering live demonstrations and performances of signature dishes, along with the sale of special sauce gift sets produced by Tai Ping Tian Guo.
