The "2010 KOM Happy Mountain King? Riders' Certification Test," organized by TUAA (Taiwan Urban Active Association), will be held on September 26 in Taipei City, offering cycling enthusiasts who love mountain roads a chance to test their skills.

The theme of the "2010 KOM Happy Mountain King? Riders' Certification Test" is the "Twin Peak Challenge Autumn Limited Edition." Both the starting point and the finish line are at Saint Bridge. Since the route passes through two high points of Datun Mountain — "Lengshuikeng" and "Fenggui" — the event is named "Twin Peak Challenge (Double Peak Challenge)."
As this event is a certification test rather than a regular cycling race with full-course timing, it adopts a safety timing system where downhill sections are not timed to ensure the safety of all participants. As long as riders complete the course within the officially designated 5 hours, they will qualify.

This certification test uses the J Chip RFID System for result recording. Combined with an RFID sensing system, when participants correctly attach the chip and pass through the sensing mat, the electronic timer will accurately record their performance.
To encourage team participation, this event only accepts group registrations, with a minimum of 6 people (or more) per group. Online registration is required, and group registrants enjoy a discount of one free entry for every 10 participants (registration fee for 10 people is NTD 5,400).
