The AQUA restaurant group operates 20 creative and top-tier fashionable restaurants across Hong Kong, London, and Beijing. To celebrate its tenth anniversary, the group has launched the "Global Gourmet" feast, promoting AQUA’s culinary philosophy through “Ten Years of Milestones, Ten Master Chefs, Ten Signature Dishes.” Celebratory activities are being held at seven of its restaurants before 10/10, where customers can enjoy special offers and souvenirs.

The “Global Gourmet” feast features international cuisines created by ten chefs of various nationalities, including dishes from Italy, Japan, Thailand, Spain, China, and France. It offers exquisitely prepared delicacies such as Kobe beef sirloin, garden eel, akashi octopus, and Adriatic deep-sea scallops. Participating restaurants include the flagship AQUA on One Peking Road, the Chinese restaurant Hutong, Hullett House in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Japanese restaurant Wasabi at Times Square, the Thai restaurant Ayuthaiya, Vivo in Wyndham Street, and YOHO in Ice House Street.
A decade ago, AQUA had only 20 employees, but it has now grown into a culinary empire with 20 avant-garde restaurants located in Hong Kong, London, and Beijing, serving 700,000 customers annually. Its staff has expanded to 560, and AQUA remains committed to using the freshest and finest ingredients to highlight the true essence of food, all presented with an exquisite and attractive appearance. Each restaurant features a distinct interior style, breaking away from traditional concepts and immersing diners in a fashionable ambiance — an impression that defines the AQUA group.
