The final event of the "Taiwan Peaks: Chang Hwa High" small peak hiking activity, organized by Chang Hwa Bank, was held on the 24th at Jian-Tan Mountain in Taipei City. Chang Hwa Bank Chairman Chen Huai-Chou led senior executives from various departments to participate, with over 3,000 citizens attending this grand event.

Chen Huai-Chou stated that Chang Hwa Bank has always actively cooperated with national financial policies and, adhering to the spirit of “solid management and serving the public,” provides comprehensive financial services to the community. In support of the government’s push for public-sector enterprises to actively organize and participate in public welfare activities, this year’s three-stop nationwide "Taiwan Peaks: Chang Hwa High" small peak hiking event not only invited the public to step outdoors and experience the beauty of nature, but also took the lead in doing good deeds. By donating funds to participate in the Environmental Quality Education Foundation’s “Urban Nursery” program, hundreds of tree saplings were planted. He invited everyone to join in the "nurturing seedlings" movement. He further expressed hope that the event would inspire more people to work together for the future of the planet.

Notably, five newlywed couples attended the day’s event wearing their wedding attire and hiking together with the public. These couples shared that the journey of marriage is much like hiking—filled with unexpected challenges that must be overcome through mutual cooperation. Therefore, they chose to wear beautiful bridal gowns and brave the scorching sun to challenge themselves. The couples unanimously said the event was deeply meaningful, and Chang Hwa Bank served as their witness to matrimony, joining all the couples in planting a “tree of love.”

Chang Hwa Bank also stated that through organizing the three-stop "Taiwan Peaks: Chang Hwa High" small peak hiking series, it hopes not only to provide the public with a beneficial, healthy, and enjoyable outdoor activity, but also to instill the concept of loving the Earth and promoting sustainable coexistence with nature through this close-to-nature experience.
