Amid soaring oil prices and heightened environmental awareness, and guided by the core principles of developing clean energy, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring stable energy supply, Hi-Core Energy Technology was founded. With a commitment to scientific rigor and dedication, the company has made remarkable strides in developing lithium iron battery products, achieving major milestones. It has successfully launched a range of lithium iron batteries for cars, large trailers, military Humvees, golf carts, electric motorcycles, and electric bicycles, along with energy storage batteries and industrial power battery packs.

Hi-Core Energy boasts a robust R&D team. General Manager Tsai Liang, Vice General Manager Wu Dengshan, and Chief Engineer Luo Zhonghe all have over 10 years of experience in the battery industry. United by shared convictions on energy issues, they developed lithium iron batteries—an energy application product—under a policy framework that balances “energy, environmental protection, and economy,” aiming to replace existing lead-acid batteries. The company also possesses comprehensive testing equipment, including static rooms, assembly processes, insulation, dielectric strength, temperature rise, and weather resistance tests. Notably, its 600A high-current long-duration charge-discharge life test is an industry first in China. Wu Dengshan noted that large domestic military vehicles such as tanks and Humvees often become unusable due to power shortages, essentially becoming ornaments. The use of Hi-Core’s lithium iron batteries, capable of delivering instantaneous high currents, will significantly improve this situation.

The company’s lithium iron battery products have not only earned recognition from domestic and international manufacturers and users but have also secured multiple patents. Additionally, in collaboration with partner Chengfeng Electric Power, the company has jointly developed control board technology featuring dynamic active complementary balancing (ensuring a single-cell voltage difference of no more than 100mV after charging/discharging), as well as protections against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and short circuits. It also offers remote data reception and battery monitoring capabilities, with the option to connect external monitors for graphical displays. These provide the monitoring system with information such as battery pack voltage, current, remaining charge, internal resistance, and temperature.

Tsai Liang emphasized that the company plans to raise an additional 30 million yuan next year to build three key customized advantages: protective board BMS, cell supply chain, and battery pack application. They will also introduce competitive new products to the market at the right time. The future prospects of Hi-Core Energy look highly promising.
