Happiness 100 Activity 1: New Year’s Eve Wedding, Blessed by a Thousand. Twelve couples are being sought. The participating couples and their families will, under the thoughtful arrangement of the Sun Moon Lake National Park Headquarters and the Hospitality Hotel, enjoy a romantic musical wedding banquet, a cruise on the Love Boat through the scenic lake, fireworks and the blessings of a thousand well-wishers at the New Year’s Eve gala, and even a chance to win a diamond ring.
Happiness 100 Activity 2: We’ll Set the Stage for Your Romantic Confession. Whether you’re married or in love... if you want to loudly express your feelings and gratitude on New Year’s Eve, you can sign up with the organizers. There’s a limit of 10 “brave souls,” and selected participants will be arranged by the organizers to confess on stage during the New Year’s Eve gala on December 31.

Happiness 100 Activity 3: Climb Cat Mountain to Welcome the Centennial Dawn of Happiness. “Cross the Sun and Moon, Welcome the First Light” is Sun Moon Lake’s first-ever New Year’s Day event celebrating 100 years, featuring the sunrise over Cat Mountain in Sun Moon Lake and the awakening landscape of lake and mountain. On New Year’s Day, climb Cat Mountain with reverence to welcome the centennial morning light, make three wishes for happiness facing Sun Moon Lake’s “Axis of Happiness,” with only 100 spots available. Participants will receive a limited-edition centennial commemorative T-shirt, a Sun Moon Lake centennial commemorative photo, and a 100% Energy Breakfast.
Happiness 100 Activity 4: Relaxed New Year’s Celebrations at Sun Moon Lake, a Wellness Getaway. Activities include the “Your Trips Sun Moon Lake Travel Diary,” “Fans – Love & Share,” “Commemorative Postcards Love Sharing,” and discounted Sun Moon Lake land-sea-air combo passes.
