Taitung: The Chiaming Lake Hiking Trail has been closed since December last year and is expected to reopen in April this year. However, the Taitung Forest District Office recently discovered that some commercial groups are still soliciting hiking trips to Chiaming Lake on social media platforms. Therefore, the office is urging the public not to sign up for such tours to avoid breaking the law or risking their safety.
