New Taipei: On the morning of the 4th, two deaf-mute men from New Taipei City arranged to go hiking in Ruifang. One of them, Mr. Lin, lost contact with his friend, Mr. Shen, due to exhaustion and decided to descend the mountain on his own to wait by their car for his friend.
