With temperatures rising slightly, spring has quietly arrived. Department stores and brands have started rolling out their new spring collections. This year, Hankyu Department Store Taipei is in sync with Japan, embracing a romantic theme centered around “flowers.” From now until April 6, the store is launching the “Romantic Spring Journey.” In addition to redecorating the entire building, many counters are offering exclusive gifts with purchase. Every Wednesday, the “Hankyu Lady’s Day” event will take place, featuring delightful performances such as romantic JAZZ music and other exciting “Party” shows, expected to attract many beautiful visitors.
This year’s spring collections feature extensive use of floral and lace designs.
The trending elements of this spring season are flowers and lace, prominently displayed in fashion and accessories—such as vibrant colors, printed fabrics, and eye-catching accessories. Women’s wear recommendations include three-dimensional floral details like bows and lace, while men’s fashion leans toward a neutral trend, with soft pastel colors becoming essential for the season. Hankyu Department Store has decorated the space with nearly a thousand pink, lilac, and peach-colored flower balls at entrances, shopping areas, and display spaces, creating a “Garden Party” ambiance. The store stated that all Japanese brands are currently well-stocked and unaffected by the earthquake in Japan. It is estimated that supply will remain stable through May, including the Mother’s Day period. Additionally, all restaurant dishes use ingredients sourced domestically in Taiwan, so customers need not worry.

To coincide with the “Romantic Spring Journey,” during the event period, shoppers who spend over NT$10,000 at women’s fashion counters on the 3F and B1 (excluding accessories, UNIQLO, cosmetics, and fragrance counters) can exchange their receipts for one “Arrow Tree Afternoon Tea Voucher” (limited to 300 vouchers). Shoppers who spend over NT$5,000 at women’s innerwear counters on the 3F can exchange their receipts for one “Lady Magic Three-in-One Intimate Care Set” (limited to 300 sets). There are also various counter-specific gift-with-purchase offers, a Japanese Products Fair, Peter Rabbit merchandise sales, Dream Card member-exclusive bonus items, and bank gift promotions for reaching spending thresholds.
Shoes, bags, and accessories are also full of spring charm.
