The Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has commissioned the Republic of China Cycling Association to organize the “Taiwan KOM Challenge – Spring Ride.” It is expected that from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the 17th, the section of Provincial Highway 14A between kilometers 31.3 and 32.85 (from Wuling to the Hehuanshan Visitor Center), approximately 1.5 kilometers in length, will be in use. Volunteers will manage traffic along the route, while key intersections will be monitored by police officers from the respective local police precincts. The Puli Works Section urges road users to obey traffic directions and drive carefully.
