As inline skating becomes increasingly popular among younger age groups, the toddler market has also matured. The 2nd Rollerblade® Cup MINI Kids Street Skating Competition is scheduled to take place at 7:30 AM on August 10, 2013, at the University of International Business and Economics.
As the organizer of the "Rollerblade® Cup Mini Kids Street Skating Competition," RB has always advocated providing children with skates that better suit their development and showcase their abilities. At the first Mini Kids Street Skating Competition held on September 23 last year, we not only witnessed the enthusiasm of the children but also their competitive spirit and determination to never give up. This year, at the "2nd Rollerblade® Cup Mini Kids Street Skating Competition," we will once again see the vitality of these young skaters.
Skating can not only improve a child’s balance, coordination, and flexibility, but also enhance physical fitness, endurance, and foster a spirit that is not afraid of hardship or fatigue. Each stage of progress gives children a sense of achievement, so skating can boost confidence and contribute positively to character development. In addition, compared to other sports, skating offers a certain level of fun and visual appeal, making children more willing to participate. Based on experiences from various children's competitions, skating is very popular among kids and helps instill a sense of competition from an early age. We should put more effort into developing children’s skating activities, providing them with more opportunities to participate and showcase their skills, and promoting this sport even better among children.
This year, we will continue with last year’s grouping method, dividing participants into three age groups: Toddler Group 3–4 years old, Toddler Group 5 years old, and Toddler Group 6 years old. Additionally, a new Club Team Relay Race segment has been specially added this year. Following the principle that participation means prizes, all registered children will receive a free souvenir (RB Kids Memorial T-shirt + RB Kids Skating Keychain).
Among these, the Toddler Group 3–4 years old competition places greater emphasis on fun, featuring a “Wear Gear and Sprint Back” race where children compete alongside their parents to enhance cooperation skills. The 5-year-old and 6-year-old groups can fully enjoy the joy that mini kids skating brings. Each club’s participating children will also have the chance to compete for collective honor. The newly introduced 3-person relay race is sure to bring the event to a thrilling climax.
Parents are also reminded that children must wear helmets and protective gear during the competition. Skate wheel size must be 76mm or smaller, with no restrictions on brand.
Registration for the 2nd "Rollerblade® Cup Mini Kids Street Skating Competition" is only available through these 7 RB-designated children’s training institutions. No on-site registration will be accepted.
