The globally renowned “Michelin Guide” is a favorite among foodies and gourmets. The 2011 Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau featured 9 restaurants in Macau, including French, Cantonese, and dim sum establishments. Among them, “Aurora” at the Galaxy Macau’s Galaxy Hotel is an Italian restaurant offering a two-course lunch set for just MOP 188, making it an affordable way to “eat stars.”

One of the signature dishes, the pearled chicken, bacon, and apple roll, is slow-cooked at low temperature for 30 minutes to ensure the chicken remains tender and not dry or tough.
“Aurora,” a Michelin one-star restaurant, offers a bright and comfortable setting where diners can relax. It’s perfect for casual chats or business discussions. There’s also an outdoor seating area and large private rooms with views of the Macau Peninsula’s sea. The décor features soft tones, using warm hues of silver, copper, and orange, paired with Hermès cutlery and tableware that blend beautifully with natural light for a cozy ambiance.
