With the upcoming New Taipei Christmas Town event expected to draw huge crowds, Global Mall Banqiao Station continues to introduce several exclusive restaurants. Meanwhile, the IG-famous hotspot “Come True Coffee 成真咖啡” has opened its first store in New Taipei on November 1, debuting exclusive Banqiao desserts “Strawberry Waltz Soufflé” and “Strawberry Cocoa Latino Creative Coffee.” Buy one get one free for the first seven days after opening.

In addition to popular items like rainbow rice, soufflés, creative pancakes, and coffee, Come True Coffee also plans to launch breakfast options by the end of December. To celebrate the opening, from November 1 to 7, the first 10 customers each day who order the Strawberry Waltz Soufflé will receive a complimentary Strawberry Cocoa Latino Creative Coffee. From November 1 to 30, those who order the Strawberry Sweet Brew Combo (Strawberry Waltz Soufflé + Strawberry Cocoa Latino Creative Coffee) will receive a limited-edition Strawberry Cocoa Latino Creative Coffee.

Taiwan’s popular café “Come True Coffee 成真咖啡” is making its first foray into New Taipei City with its largest northern branch yet, featuring a curved island counter and a fully open kitchen where customers can watch the hand-brewed coffee and soufflé-making processes — satisfying both sight and taste. The space also includes open windows, allowing indoor guests to enjoy natural sunlight and a gentle breeze. Paired with an overall earth-tone color scheme and lush greenery, the café offers a relaxing and healing atmosphere.

Come True Coffee’s Banqiao branch offers an exclusive healing item — the “Strawberry Waltz Soufflé,” made with Japanese violet flour and Italian cheese. This rich, egg-flavored soufflé is drizzled with a specially prepared Baileys-infused cheese cream sauce and topped with fresh strawberries, offering both visual and textural delight.
