Taiwan’s ice cream market has unlimited potential, with an annual business opportunity exceeding NT$4 billion. Brands like Quanwei in Tainan and Ice Monster in Taipei have gained international fame, and Jiali Catering Group has also launched a brand-new brand “USO Ice Cream Hideaway” to enter the ice cream market, offering quirky product concepts that are refreshing both visually and in taste!

The brand is themed around the concept of Japanese nigiri sushi, combining the first fresh milk soft serve with seafood ingredients. The rich milky flavor of the ice cream pairs with the aroma and texture of seafood, plus six flavors named after the days of the week—Moon, Fire, Water, Wood, Gold, and Earth—offering not only a surprising visual experience but also never-before-seen flavors.

The ice cream features a strong visual style, perfect for food photography before eating, and is expected to spark a check-in craze.

In addition to blending sweet and savory and combining Eastern and Western ingredients, USO Ice Cream Hideaway also offers an adult-oriented, stylish flavor made with premium white crane lily sake, fresh milk from Fresh Milk Workshop, and osmanthus sweet wine. With a 5% alcohol content, this ice cream creates a uniquely soothing and elevated experience unlike any before.
