In an era of declining birthrates, every child is even more precious. Even with their busy schedules, modern parents make time to spend with their kids. Capitalizing on the family entertainment market, the “San Chuang Life Park” in the Bade commercial district has designated its 7th floor as a dedicated parent-child experience space. Puzzle-loving children can unleash their creativity here, with dazzling “glow-in-the-dark puzzles,” retro-style arcade machines infused with new technology, popular “claw games” loved by all ages, and even Shi Huan Zhen, the top star of the Pili Puppet Show, challenging you to a duel!

Where should families go for outings? Dads want to check out 3C tech gadgets, moms are eyeing cozy home appliances, and kids are eager to dive into anime. Though we live in a digital age where you can get almost anything with a tap, the “experience economy” still reigns supreme. As family spending increasingly prioritizes children, the 7F Family Fun floor at the San Chuang Life Park has officially been upgraded and transformed into a parent-child experience space. With the core theme of “Family Adventures and Exploratory Experiences,” it offers a brand-new paradise for family fun.

This time, San Chuang has completely revamped the 7F space, and the moment you step in, you’ll be greeted by a vibrant, playful atmosphere. Here’s a sneak peek at the surprises in store: a full introduction of the following five major brands — the first concept store of “TOMICA,” offering the most complete experience zone for these dream mini cars; the first department store counter of Taiwan’s largest board game publisher, “New Swan Castle,” featuring the most comprehensive selection of board games; the “Puzzle Command” glow-in-the-dark puzzle display area, boasting the largest and latest variety of puzzles in Taiwan; and Leqiao’s new brand “HURO PRIZES Tech Gift Gallery,” which has specially introduced the classic retro Atari Pong arcade game. The cutting-edge machine, designed like a coffee table, offers free trial play.

The classic cultural and creative brand “Pili” has been upgraded into an even more captivating large puppet display area. One of the highlights of this grand reopening is that San Chuang’s self-operated brand “Lightyear Exploration” has established brand-within-a-brand stores for “TOMICA” and “New Swan Castle.” These are jointly managed by young gaming and board game enthusiasts nurtured by San Chuang since its opening, providing unique and professional services for families. Meanwhile, the product and entertainment experience is further elevated through the combined strengths of the two brands.

There’s also a “Pizza Top Buffet” on 7F, offering a wide range of Roman-style thin-crust pizzas, drinks, fried chicken, and desserts to enjoy to your heart’s content. (Image from San Chuang Life Park Facebook. China Times reminds you: Don’t drink and drive, alcohol harms health.)

The 7F Family Fun space is packed with surprises. Kids can play to their heart’s content here — try your hand at various “claw games,” race with super-cute mini cars, and challenge your wits with a variety of board games. When you’re tired, head over to the “Pizza Top Buffet” on 7F for a feast of Roman-style thin-crust pizzas, drinks, fried chicken, and desserts. The heart-shaped pizza is not only delicious but also a feast for the eyes!

While the little ones are having the time of their lives, parents can also take some time for themselves. The previous 7F was known for its parent-child exploration bookstore, operated by San Chuang itself. But unlike typical bookstores, it goes beyond literary charm by also featuring science education, smart toys, and board game experience zones. Moreover, the staff are all board game or smart toy enthusiasts, skilled at guiding families into the world of the products, creating a one-of-a-kind parent-child experience corner.
