Universal Studios Singapore’s “World’s Tallest Duelling Roller Coaster” Opens

Sentosa’s Resorts World announced on the 29th that the popular“Battlestar Galactica Duelling Coaster”has officially opened to the public. The brand-new two-seater train design significantly enhances the overall sensory thrill for riders, challenging each passenger to a heart-pounding 90 seconds of high-speed aerial flight at 90 km/h and multiple mid-air 360-degree flips and spins.

The Battlestar duelling coaster is themed around the popular TV series *Battlestar Galactica*, igniting the battle between humans and robots. Spanning a full 1 kilometre, riders can choose between sit-down (Human faction) or suspended (Cylon faction) ride vehicles, with each coaster accommodating up to 16 passengers aged 125 cm and above. The two duelling tracks launch simultaneously, reaching a maximum height of 42.7 metres.

From June 1 to December 31, Taiwanese visitors can purchase discounted Universal Studios Singapore tickets through the official Chinese website of Resorts World Sentosa. For just SGD 66, they can get an adult one-day pass originally priced at SGD 74, along with a SGD 5 food voucher and a SGD 5 shopping voucher as gifts.
