Starting every Tuesday evening in June, Far East’s buffet restaurant Café will launch the “Seafood YEAH!” event, featuring king crab legs, snow crabs, grilled oysters, Icelandic cod, Norwegian salmon, and other ingredients. The menu includes a variety of seafood dishes in Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Indian styles, priced at NT$1,990 per person.
For this “Seafood YEAH!” event, Far East Café’s kitchen team has specially prepared a range of seafood delicacies. The Japanese cuisine station will be fully stocked with king crab legs, snow crabs, and fresh shrimp. In addition to the usual sashimi and nigiri sushi, the event will also feature grilled sushi with salmon, tuna, scallops, and shrimp.
Among the cold dishes, there is Icelandic cod served with a caper and olive sauce. The Western cuisine section will also present a whole salt-grilled salmon on Tuesday evenings. The whole Norwegian salmon is wrapped in salt, egg whites, and tea leaves, then baked at 200°C for at least one hour without any additional seasoning, allowing diners to enjoy the pure, rich flavor of the salmon.
