A hidden gem of a café that even locals might not know about is tucked away inside the Logistics Republic complex. “LR Cafe” is located in Wuri District, Taichung, near the Taichung HSR Station and the new Wuri Railway Station. The café boasts a minimalist, modern American industrial design that fits right in among the logistics hubs. It officially began soft opening in October.

The exterior of the café is simple and understated—you might not even notice there’s a hidden café inside if you don’t look closely. The entire space is bright and airy, flooded with warm sunlight. Wooden shelves, aluminum stairs, and wire mesh decor give it a stylish industrial feel. Walk up the silver staircase to the second floor, where the seating area features an adorable container-style sofa zone—perfect for chatting with friends for hours.

The biggest surprise? You can actually enjoy small cakes from the popular group-buying bakery “RollBakery Roll Cake Factory,” which are delivered in limited quantities daily. During the soft opening phase, the café serves cakes and tea all day, though some food items are not yet available.
