Located south of Taihu Lake, Wuxi is known as the “Pearl of Taihu Lake,” and its thriving industry has earned it the nickname “Little Shanghai.” With its prime location, Wuxi offers convenient connections to major cities such as Shanghai and Nanjing. The charm of traveling in Wuxi can be described as “filled with warmth and water.” “Warmth” refers to the hospitable nature of the locals, making visitors feel right at home. “Water” highlights that Wuxi’s tourism is inseparable from its water features, including Taihu Lake, the “Second Spring Under Heaven,” and the ancient canal. Key attractions in Wuxi include Turtle Head Isle, Xihui Park, Li Garden, and Jichang Garden. It is one of China’s cities rich in Eastern history and culture, well worth a visit.
The China Airlines Group is the airline with the highest market share on cross-strait routes. Its extensive cross-strait network covers six major markets: Northeast China, North China, Central China, South China, Southwest China, and Hainan, serving 32 passenger destinations and providing 137 weekly flights. China Airlines stated that cross-strait routes are one of its key operational segments.
