Taiwan Railways' Painted Train "Smile" Makes Its First Voyage on Dragon Boat Festival

To encourage the public to use public transportation, Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) and the Tourism Bureau have collaborated to launch the colorful painted "Smile" train, which officially set sail on the 19th, Dragon Boat Festival. Passengers are welcome to make use of it.

The painted Smile train, launched in collaboration between TRA and the Tourism Bureau,is Train No. 5684, making its maiden voyage from Shulin at 8:16 AM on the 19th.Coinciding with the Dragon Boat Festival holiday period, TRA has also added three round-trip scheduled express services between Shulin and Luodong from the 19th to the 21st to alleviate congestion on national highways.
