No entry allowed! Starting June 30th, selfie sticks banned at all Disney parks worldwide

Following Tokyo Disneyland's ban on selfie sticks,according to Lonely Planet, Disney parks in Orlando, Florida, and California in the U.S. will completely prohibit their use within the parks starting June 30th (2015), with Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland following suit on July 1st.
Previously, Disney park management only prohibited selfie sticks on certain rides, but now they cannot be brought into the parks at all. In fact, many museums, stadiums, and tourist attractions around the world have already banned selfie sticks.
