The “Snoopy Museum” located in California, USA, will now establish its first global overseas branch in Roppongi, Tokyo, featuring a series of early works and the life story of Snoopy’s creator, Charles M. Schulz. It is expected to open in March 2016.

The “Snoopy Museum” is officially known as the Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center. It houses a large collection of Snoopy-related works and materials about the author’s life, while also being decorated with large plush figures of the main characters from the “Peanuts” comic strip, making it a sacred place for fans.

The Tokyo branch of the Snoopy Museum is set to open in March 2016, with its main exhibits featuring the early works and materials of the author, Charles Schulz. The exhibits will be rotated every six months, and the museum will also host various seasonal events. Additionally, there will be a “Peanuts” café offering special menu items.

However, the Tokyo branch of the Snoopy Museum is a limited-time museum, open only until September 2018. Details on ticket sales and exhibition content will be announced in December on theofficial Japanese Snoopy website.
