Ever imagined wearing a swimsuit and joining a water fight in the middle of the city?
More and more tourism operators are tapping into limited urban spaces with fun activities to create lively and festive atmospheres. One such example is the globally popular “Slide the City,” which recently gained traction in many cities — a way to cool off without heading to an amusement park.

If you happen to be in New York, or planning to visit during this summer vacation, don’t miss the upcoming Slide the City event. According tothe Huffington Post,the slide will stretch around 82 meters and be set up at Foley Square on Centre Street and Lafayette Street, as part of New York City’s annual free “Summer Streets” event.
