The popular popcorn brand Garrett from the U.S. and Japan is coming to Taiwan — its first location will be at Taipei 101

The popcorn brand Garrett, which has been hugely popular in the U.S., Japan, and Hong Kong, is set to enter Taiwan, and its official Chinese FacebookGarrett Popcorn Shopspage has already been launched. Although the brand has not officially announced the opening date or location, market rumors suggest that the first store in Taiwan is expected to be located at Taipei 101, with a possible opening in December.

Garrett Popcorn is a renowned popcorn shop from Chicago, USA, with flavors that have been passed down since 1949. The popcorn at Garrett is handmade by chefs using only the most natural ingredients, paired with the brand’s exclusive family recipe, and cooked at high temperatures in traditional copper kettles—not fried—and is made fresh every day.

Potential popcorn flavors to be sold in Taiwan include the signature Chicago Mix, Crispy Caramel, Almond Crispy Caramel, Cashew Crispy Caramel, Rich Cheese, Creamy Butter, and Classic Original, among which the signature Chicago Mix has always been a best-seller.
