Jia Haoxin – NT$328
The filling is made from bread, fish paste, and shrimp paste cooked with oil, then deep-fried until crispy, and finally topped with a thickened sauce made from fresh oysters, crab meat, and chives. The owner explained that in the past, people called fried dough sticks “fried Qin Hui” because Qin Hui was considered malicious, “but our dish is good, so we call it Jia Haoxin (Good Heart Sandwich).”

Southern-style Fried Pork Liver – NT$188
The pork liver in this dish is extremely tender, unlike the slightly powdery texture found in some restaurants that use powdered liver. The shop specially marinates it in sauce before stir-frying quickly to maintain such a delightful texture.

This is a signature dish of the owner’s partner, passed down since his grandmother’s time. “Fried Pork Ribs with Youth” refers to an old-fashioned marinade recipe, carrying forward a unique texture and flavor, which is also quite representative of traditional Taiwanese cuisine.
