The century-old Italian patisserie COVA from Milan is set to launch its first store in Taiwan, located at the upcoming Taipei Breeze XinYi. The official opening of COVA Taiwan is expected on November 5. Established in 1817, COVA has nearly 200 years of history and was once a gathering spot for literati and the elite. In addition to Italy, it also has branches in Japan as well as in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing in China. The pastries, chocolates, ice cream, and coffee at COVA are highly recommended by many bloggers as must-try delicacies.
