With Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, the Hai’an Road shopping district in the West Central District is hosting a three-week “Hai’an Road Lantern Festival,” featuring six lantern zones: the Hai’an Light Sculpture Show, Energy-Saving Lantern Zone, Maneki-neko (Lucky Cat) Lantern Zone, Noah’s Ark Lantern Zone, Shakariba Lantern Zone, and Cute Cat Lantern Zone. Among them, the Light Sculpture Show recreates the scene of the Blue Print Map, which is definitely worth seeing.

The Hai’an Road Lantern Festival will kick off on the 23rd and run until the night of National Day. The Hai’an Light Sculpture Show will newly recreate the Blue Print Map scene by projecting images of it onto walls. In addition, the 3D light sculpture show features Hai’an Cat and Daydream Beast as the main characters, taking audiences into the legend of the Five Alleys of Hai’an Road.

The “Hai’an Light Sculpture Show” will be screened not only at 8 PM and 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays during the event period at the original site of the Blue Print Map on Hai’an Road, but also daily at 4 PM on the 1st floor of Lihgthostel Cheng Yee Light Hotel. There is also a cute cat game wheel drawn on the platform of the Cute Cat Lantern Zone, which interested travelers can check out.
