The Korean BBQ chain brand Simabuk Hawoo Gugudan?guang? is set to launch in Taiwan, with the grand opening of its first store in Taiwan scheduled for the end of October. The location is across from CTS Television in Taipei’s Eastern District. The menu emphasizes authentic Korean flavors, with signature dishes such as grilled eggs by the stove and pork brisket (Hawoo meat) being the highlights.

Simabuk Hawoo emphasizes serving authentic Korean cuisine. All kitchenware, interior designs, and sauces are directly imported from Korea. The parent company maintains strict standards for meat quality and the freshness of all ingredients, all of which are supervised and controlled by its parent firm, South Korea’s third-largest meat supplier “Danjung Jeonchon.”
