The Yuli Township Office is hostingthe 2017 "Spring Feast Begins – Yuli Noodles Festival & Antong Hot Springs Season"event, running from November 18 to December 17. It combines free Yuli Noodle tastings with hot spring bathing experiences. Winter travelers to Yuli can enjoy gourmet food, soak in premium hot springs via shuttle buses, admire Yuli’s painted black-rice bears, and visit the world-class tectonic geological landmark—the Love Bridge, the only one of its kind in Asia and one of only two globally. Whether relaxing in the hot springs or savoring the Q-bounce texture of Yuli Noodles and their rich bone-broth base, this mini-trip to Yuli offers a wealth of delightful experiences.

"Yuli Noodles" are a renowned street food in Yuli Township, cooled by direct fan blowing to retain their firm, elastic texture. The noodles are boiled, drained, and placed in bowls with seasoning, topped with golden, crispy fried shallots and paired with refreshing sliced meat, all mingling with the rising steam. The savory broth, while traditionally made by simmering bones, also features variations where shops add nourishing Chinese herbs—each establishment offering its unique twist. Diners not only taste diverse flavors but also experience the distinct local culture of Yuli Township.

Antong Hot Springs is a natural free-flowing spring with excellent water quality, nearly transparent, carrying a faint sulfuric-hydrogen scent. The spring source temperature reaches 66°C, with exposed outlets stretching 200–300 meters along the Antong Stream. The surrounding low-altitude mountain forests exude natural beauty and rural charm. Thanks to its picturesque setting of green hills and clear waters, soaking here offers a uniquely serene mountain-forest experience.

During the cool autumn and winter seasons, embark on a light trip to Yuli.
