The pastry chef Chen Songhui meticulously reproduced Taiwan’s early “vinyl record” and crafted every detail by hand. Only chocolate, eggs, cream and sugar are used to make gluten-free chocolate.

Eslite Travel is launching a "Vinyl Era" Father's Day cake this Father's Day at The Lounge Bookstore on the first floor. Pastry chef Chen Songhui meticulously reproduced Taiwan's early "vinyl turntables" and crafted every detail by hand. The gluten-free chocolate cake is made with only chocolate, eggs, cream and sugar. The filling is composed of sweet and sour raspberry jam and mature whiskey ganache. Each 6T is priced at RMB 880, limited to three pieces per day before August 31, and must be booked three days in advance.
