  Located on Pingba Old Street in Pingba Town, Jingshan County, it is a Qing Dynasty building. Facing south, it has a courtyard-style layout enclosed by a gate tower (front hall), rear hall, and wing rooms on both sides. The gate tower (front hall) is square-shaped, 13.65 meters wide, with a two-story main building reaching a total height of 12 meters. It features a double-eave hip-and-gable roof and a post-and-lintel frame. The main structure is supported by six pillars with diameters of 0.3–0.4 meters and heights of 10 meters, along with four additional wooden beams each with a diameter of 0.3 meter. It is one of the relatively intact Qing Dynasty religious buildings that retains notable characteristics in terms of architectural layout and spatial composition, possessing high cultural and historical value.
