Xingyi Airport

　　   Xingyi Airport is situated 5 kilometers from downtown Xingyi and is praised as "the first scenic view of southwestern Guizhou," backed by elegant mountains and striking peaks. The airport was planned to a 4C standard, but the current phase was constructed to a 3C level, capable of handling B737-300 and smaller aircraft for self-taxiing, arrival, and parking. The runway is 2,300 meters long and 45 meters wide, with 1.5-meter-wide shoulders on either side. The facility includes a 1,300-square-meter air traffic control building and a 3,000-square-meter terminal. The airport's operation has established a comprehensive transportation network in Qianxinan Prefecture, integrating rail, road, air, and water transport.
