It mainly includes the "Potted Plant Garden" (featuring the Boutique Garden, Schools of Art Garden, and Rockery Garden), a large lawn, an entrance plaza, plaza pigeons, a Huizhou Culture Exhibition Hall (displaying authentic works by famous calligraphers and painters, as well as the Four Treasures of the Study), a Four Seasons Garden (a botanical area with viewing sections for plants in spring, summer, autumn, and winter), a Native Plants Garden (showcasing characteristic plants from the Huangshan area), a tea garden slope, a pine forest slope, a fish pond, a recreational lake, a fishing lake, an economic aquatic plant garden (lake), a boat dock, rockery waterfalls, a potted plant cultivation base, a pottery bar, a teahouse, and a brewing workshop, among other attractions. Set against the backdrop of a private garden of a Huizhou merchant, and themed around Huizhou-style potted plants, it also brings together the essence of potted plant styles from both China and abroad. Integrated with the Memorial Archways Cluster Scenic Area, the two complement each other to form a complete depiction of the homeland of the Huizhou merchants.
Transportation
Take bus No. 4 from the train station or bus station; the fare is 2 RMB. Alternatively, hire a “farm taxi” directly from the county town for a one-way trip at 10–15 RMB; a motorbike taxi costs 3 RMB.
