Sea-Viewing Pine
Sea-Viewing Pine: One of the Ten Famous Pines, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It stands on the steep waist of Wolun Peak at an altitude of 1,670 meters, with roots anchored in the cliff. The tree is only 3.5 meters tall but boasts lush foliage. Its lateral branches stretch out toward the sea, playfully stirring the floating clouds like a dragon reaching for something in the ocean—hence the name. The tree is estimated to be around 500 years old.
