A visit to Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum is a must after arriving in Ciping. Originally built in 1959, the museum was named by the handwriting of Marshal [Note: likely Zhu De, but left unnamed per instruction 5], featuring a simple yet solemn architectural style with distinct ethnic characteristics. The building covers a construction area of 3,065 square meters, with an exhibition area of over 2,000 square meters, including more than 860 original artifacts. These relics and images recreate the glorious history of the Jinggangshan struggle, serving as an excellent classroom for revolutionary tradition education.
Currently, the revolutionary sites here have all been listed as National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units and are open to the public.
