Princess Xieyou Lavender Garden Scenic Area

　　The Princess Xieyou Lavender Garden is situated in Qingshuihe Town, Huocheng County, Yili, Xinjiang, an important town along the northern route of the ancient Silk Road. Located in the Ili River Valley at the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains, the area shares very similar geographical location, climate conditions, and soil environment with Provence, France—the world-famous home of lavender. As such, the Princess Xieyou Lavender Garden is China’s first themed sightseeing industrial park that showcases the entire lavender industry chain, including the introduction and seedling cultivation of lavender, standardized planting, GMP production and processing, product displays, landscape fields, herb variety gardens, as well as the cultural dissemination of lavender and classic wedding photography landscapes.

　　The main attractions of the Princess Xieyou Lavender Garden include the lavender distillation furnace, the Lavender Culture Square, Wolonggang, Colorful Flower Fields, Sweetheart of the Herbs, Mr. Fragrance, the Lavender Seedling Demonstration Garden, the Herb Variety Garden, the Big Windmill, Fluttering Butterflies, the Purple Sea & Clouds Observation Deck, Double Apricots & Double Luck, Plum Blossom Princess, as well as the Aromatic Workshop where visitors can observe the lavender production and processing, and the cozy Lavender Street where products are available for purchase.
