Iguazu City is located in Paraná State, Brazil, and is home to the Itaipu Dam, the world’s second-largest hydroelectric power station after the Three Gorges Project
and the world-famous Iguazu Falls. Its distinctive features in hydropower and tourism share similarities with Yichang City. Over the past three years,
officials from both cities have visited each other and engaged in exchanges and discussions on topics such as “development of cities near dams.”
