Tianxin Rock

   :

Famous scenic spots on the northern side of the mountain, such as Liuxiang Gully, Yuzhu Peak, Huizhuan, Yingzui Rock, Shuiliandong Cave, Duxia Rock, and Matou Rock, are all located around it. Below the rock is a temple, originally named Shouxin Yongle Nunnery. It was renamed Tianxin Nunnery during the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty and later changed to Yongle Chan Temple in the Qing Dynasty. It is one of the largest temples on Mount Wuyi.

Located in the northeastern part of Mount Wuyi. It is said to be the center of the entire mountain, just like the celestial pivot, hence the name “Tianxin” (Heavenly Heart). Tianxin Rock is one of the tea-producing areas of Mount Wuyi. On the western side of the temple, halfway up Jiulongke Mountain, lies the world-renowned origin of “Da Hong Pao” rock tea.
