Junzizhong Village
The village is known for its simple and honest folk culture, beautiful environment, and picturesque landscapes surrounded by lush green mountains. It has a particularly rich cultural and historical heritage. The group of Hakka walled houses here has a long history and remains well-preserved. Comprising 19 Hakka walled houses, it is the largest such complex in Guangxi, covering an area of about 6 square kilometers. The earliest walled house was built in the late Qianlong period, with most constructed during the Xianfeng era, making them over 100 years old. Many of these walled houses remain in their original state, such as Duanxin Walled House, Yunlong Walled House, Gupo City, Weigan City, Xianji City, Daji City, Yingji City, Tongji City, and Maolong City, making them rare cultural treasures. In 2011, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit by the Guigang Municipal Government.
