Oriental No.1 Creative Industry Park

　　   A national AAA-level tourist attraction. With a total investment of 120 million yuan and covering an area of 15,000 square meters, the park sits against the Oriental Wetland Park and faces Xincun Road. Designed with a bold “large color blocks, large panels, and expressive strokes” approach, it carefully constructs an industrial park that is “modern, stylish, distinctive, highly creative, and first-class in China.” The exhibits feature cutting-edge, novel, and unique high-end products from both domestic and global industrial and lifestyle sectors. The layout within the park is focused mainly on fashion exhibitions and modern office spaces. The first floor houses exhibition halls, including the Blue Hall (industrial creative design exhibits), Red Hall (lifestyle creative design exhibits), and Comprehensive Hall; the second floor is home to offices of renowned domestic and international design firms and a multifunctional conference hall; the third floor accommodates an industry-academia-research exchange center, a creative design institute service center, and office spaces for the city’s creative industry. In March 2011, it was successfully designated as a national AAA-level tourist attraction.
