Shikeng Village

　　Nestled in tranquility amid a picturesque environment, Shikeng Village is a place where humans and nature live in harmony, offering a truly distinctive atmosphere. The villagers have a long-standing tradition of commerce, with their ventures taking them to cities such as Chongqing, Kunming, Guiyang, and Nanning—stages upon which the people of Shikeng showcase their talents. Despite having less than half a mu of farmland per person, every household owns a building, and there are more than 30 cars in the village. A clear stream meanders along the road, and there are natural springs at both the eastern and western ends of the village, flowing gently with crystal-clear water that never dries up throughout the year. The villagers consciously protect their water sources from pollution. The village is lush with trees, and rows of green trees and graceful bamboo line the streams. Behind the village lies a small park covering over 10 acres, densely populated with towering trees, including more than a dozen ancient camphor trees that are over a hundred years old.
