One Street: A traditional-style commercial street, stretching approximately 1,000 meters from Fuling First Bridge in the west to Yancang in the east. Modeled after Chongqing’s famous landmark, Hongya Cave, it creates a Bashu-folk-culture commercial block in Hechuan that integrates tourism, dining, leisure, culture, and entertainment.
One Park: Namely, the Riverside Eco-Cultural Park, covering an area of about 150 mu. It makes full use of the original gully terrain, develops river and lake water systems, and creates a beautiful ecological wetland. The park's greenery is organically integrated into the urban environment, enhancing the area’s greening level and landscape uniformity. The Riverside Eco-Cultural Park not only enhances the image of the project but also serves as the “green lung” of Hechuan’s South City area. This ecological haven carries the traces of time, the evolution of history, and a profound cultural heritage, making it another iconic feature of Hechuan and elevating the spatial taste of the entire city.
Two Zones: Two residential areas. The eastern side includes townhouses, multi-story garden villas, low-rise and mid-rise residential buildings, and high-end residential communities. The western side features multi-story residences, low-rise and mid-rise buildings, as well as mid- to high-end residential communities. Leveraging the appeal of the scenic commercial street and the Riverside Eco-Cultural Park, it develops tourism-oriented commercial real estate, effectively driving property development and realizing the commercial and cultural value of the residential area.
