Constructed between the 30th and 33rd years of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1904–1907), it covers a land area of 2,500 square meters with a built-up area of 1,500 square meters. The structure features a post-and-lintel framework and a gable-and-hip roof covered with clay tiles. It consists of two courtyards in two rows, with European-style pointed windows on either side of the main gate. This building is part of the Dashuijing Historic Architectural Complex.
