Dazhu River
Dazhu River is situated in the northern part of Wanyuan City, approximately 50 kilometers from the city center, and spans an area of 49.6 square kilometers. It is the most important first-level tributary of the Han River. Originating from the “Three Trees” at the foot of Dayan Mountain in Chengkou County, Chongqing, the river flows through Chongqing, Sichuan, and Shaanxi provinces. Like an untamed roaring lion, it flows westward against the current of the Yangtze River, surging powerfully as it gathers streams and passes through gorges and rapids. With remarkable tenacity, it flows northwest for 800 li (approximately 400 kilometers), before finally turning eastward into the Han River, creating a uniquely stunning landscape on the land of Qinchuan.
