Chuan Deng Temple
Chuan Deng Temple is situated at the foot of Phoenix Mountain. Constructed in the mid-Qing Dynasty, it spans over ten acres and features two main structures: the Main Hall and the Mahavira Hall, giving it a relatively large scale. The temple enjoys a high reputation across Chongqing, Hunan, Guizhou, and Hubei, attracting a constant stream of worshippers and maintaining a year-round bustling incense offering scene. Xiushan County has planned to develop this site as a key cultural attraction that complements Phoenix Mountain.
