Shanqing Building is situated southeast of Fuqing Building. It is a circular earthen building built in 1978, facing south with a north orientation, and occupies an area of 1,200 square meters. It has a single ring, a diameter of 31 meters, and three stories high, with 26 rooms on each floor. The interior features a connected corridor design, with one entrance for access. The central courtyard is paved with granite.
