Chundu Hot Springs

　　   The springs at Chundu Hot Springs Scenic Area are among the world’s rare high-temperature radon springs, with water temperatures reaching up to 79.4 degrees Celsius and a radon content of 108.17 Mahe. With low mineralization, the water contains a variety of essential trace elements beneficial to the human body. The water is crystal clear, offering a refreshing and relaxing bathing experience. What makes it even more valuable is its long history of medicinal use and widely praised therapeutic effects. Located at Hebiao Reservoir in Mashui Town, it lies to the north of Goujiding and is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with a lake in front. Within the scenic area, granite rocks of various sizes are scattered and neatly arranged, with green trees rooted in the crevices and swaying shadows. The air is exceptionally fresh and the environment is particularly beautiful.
