Tongjing Hot Spring City

　　Tongjing Hot Spring City is situated within the Tongjing Scenic Area of Yubei District, by the Tongjing Gorge, and is celebrated as the “best hot spring in the world.” There are 25 natural hot springs in Tongjing. The water temperature ranges from 20°C to 30°C, reaching up to 62°C at its highest, with a daily spring discharge of 30,000 tons. The water quality is classified as a calcium sulfate mineral spring type, rich in a variety of elements and trace minerals including strontium, fluorine, lithium, hydrogen, radon, calcium sulfate, and metasilicic acid. Among these, the strontium content reaches 15.91 milligrams per liter, offering excellent therapeutic and health benefits.

　　The hot spring city covers an area of 17,500 square meters, including a 9,500-square-meter garden and 8,000 square meters of building space. The facilities include an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, indoor couples’ pools, and a parking lot. Supporting amenities consist of changing rooms, showers, dance halls, lounges, cold drink bars, and physiotherapy and wellness centers. The 18 couples’ pools are especially creatively designed, featuring unique shapes and exuding a strong sense of family warmth and romantic ambiance. Visitors immersed in the springs feel as if bathed in a gentle spring breeze, with mist swirling around them as if floating in the heavens, creating a truly refreshing and delightful experience.
